Installation Technician (Nashville, Middle Tennessee)
This is an entry-level role for someone ready to learn a trade. No radon experience is required. We train you on the job, and you work alongside our techs installing mitigation systems in homes across the Nashville area.
The right person can move up fast. Someone who shows up, learns quickly, and takes ownership can lead a crew within about six months and earn commission on top of their pay.

Installation Technician (Knoxville & Cleveland, TN)
Radon 1 is expanding into East Tennessee, and we are building new install crews in Knoxville and Cleveland. No radon experience is needed. We teach you the trade from day one, and you learn on real jobs alongside experienced techs.
This is a chance to get in early as we grow in these markets. Show up, work hard, and take ownership, and you will have real room to grow as the team expands, with commission opportunities on top of your pay.

Lead Radon Technician, NRPP Certified (Nashville, Middle Tennessee)
This role is for an experienced technician who already holds NRPP certification. You run installs, check system performance, and take point on more complex mitigation and crawl space jobs.
What you bring:
- Active NRPP certification
- Hands-on radon mitigation experience
- The ability to work on your own and guide a helper on larger jobs
